Hi! I'm Tracy! I specialize in working with adults who experience anxiety and depression. When you are feeling anxious, it often means that you are spending too much time in the future going down rabbit holes and playing the What If game. When you are feeling depressed, it often means you are spending too much time in the past filled with regret and grief. I am here to help with all of that.
My practice specializes in working with adult individuals. At this time, I do not work with couples or families. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space through Teletherapy, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
I provide Telehealth Services to clients located in California. Telehealth utilizes HIPAA-secure video conferencing platforms to allow therapists and their clients to connect without having to meet in person. With telehealth you are no longer constrained by your physical location.
