Life is for living. Many times in life we let past experiences, people and situations keep us from moving forward. It's easy to get bogged down in every day life and forget to work on ourselves. Fears, depression and life circumstances can interfere with individual growth, accomplishing goals and thriving. We hope and wish that problems will resolve on their own. However, most road blocks start within - the messages we receive and what we tell ourselves. Only you can love yourself enough to try. It's not easy, at times, but it is so worth the effort.
My goal is to help you gain insight, process any past experiences and assist you in finding solutions. I have more than 25 years experience as a counselor and have worked with most issues. I individualize treatment plans to meet the needs of each individual. People learn and change in different ways. I adapt my techniques for each person.
