I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years experience as a counselor. I specialize in helping women. Specifically, I provide counseling for women who are seeking to overcome trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also provide counseling and emotional support to women on the motherhood journey. I believe deeply in the importance of finding a healthy balance between lovingly caring for our children and for ourselves.
