I primary blend Attachment-Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Psychoeducation & Coaching with my clients. Everyone needs something different. My goal is to help you process your trauma and on your way to post-traumatic growth quickly.
