Tracy is a Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the area of emotional health with children, adolescents and adults. She works from a person centered and strengths focused perspective believing each person is the expert on their own story. Tracy has experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse issues and helping others successfully go through life changes. Her therapeutic style is eclectic with experience and knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Existential Therapy. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards a change.
