"Hold The Mother" Support Group for Moms
"Hold The Mother," a self-exploration workshop for moms, is an 8-session virtual gathering offering the space to process the many emotional, physical, and relational changes that come with motherhood. It is not a forum for baby-care advice, products, or schedules. Instead, it is a space entirely devoted to moms and the mothering experience. Group is starting February 2026 and will meet virtually.
