Many of my clients struggle with chronic people-pleasing, overthinking, perfectionism, and difficulty slowing down — patterns that often develop in response to relational trauma, emotional unpredictability, or early experiences of needing to stay highly attuned to others.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, it is my responsibility to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you are able to tune-in and cultivate meaningful insight. I will work to provide you the guidance necessary to determine a thoughtful, intentional, and value-congruent path forward.
I have 16 years of experience as a psychologist and am certified in several evidence-based treatment modalities. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. My practice specializes in trauma-informed and somatic therapy for adults who feel stuck in cycles of overfunctioning, emotional caretaking, and anxiety in relationships.
