I am a relational, trauma-informed, body-oriented therapist, which means I pay close attention to how your nervous system states, relationships, and past experiences all interact to shape how you think, feel, and respond in the present. My work is rooted in the belief that mental health symptoms offer insight into how your mind and body have learned to adapt to your life experiences. Many of our responses made sense at one point, even if they no longer feel helpful.
In sessions, I incorporate IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and NARM to support you in slowing down and noticing your adaptive patterns with more clarity, curiosity, and less self-judgment. As these patterns become more visible, we can explore new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more aligned with your values and needs.
