I like to take an active role in sessions with client’s all while being reflective as well.
I specialize in using different modalities of therapies, not limited to Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach to therapy is to create a safe and accepting space for each of my clients to express their problems and work through them collaboratively by finding solutions.
I take a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach with my clients to work out concerns and come up with solutions that will ultimately help guide them towards their goals.
