Welcome to Therapy with Tracy, I am here to help! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with trauma and how it impacts relationships in children, teens, adults and families. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, but the ones I find most effective are internal family systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness, attachment based therapy and solution focused work.
