I utilize theories such as Narrative, Parts-Work (Internal Family Systems informed) and Psychodynamic, however, I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I prioritize providing care that is meaningful and effective.
In my previous career I primarily supported older adults, their families, & their support systems for over 20 years. I bring with me a deep understanding of both the beauty & grief that accompany life, & the ways in which our life transitions impact our mental health. I have found great passion & joy in working with individuals of all ages and circumstances.
