I am an experienced psychotherapist who gets how hard life and therapy can be. I take an honest, empathetic, humorous and direct approach to our work and value the relationship we’ll make. Life is just one relationship after another, whether it be with your partner, your boss, or your phone and each has a positive and negative effect. My job is to help you untangle and understand those relationships to help you feel more connected, happy and maybe get that promotion.
My job is to listen between the lines and to hear what's lurking under your every day words. Those words often have to do with trust, disappointment, sadness, grief, anger, rage, you name it. Together we will uncover these feelings and how they have kept you from getting what you want.
