DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is beneficial for a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and poor emotional regulation. DBT groups foster skills that help with Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Our DBT group is a 12 week closed group, and a consultation is required.
