I welcome you to my office. My hope is that this will be a space where you experience being known, received, and not ashamed. My personal experiences with counseling have invited me to these things.
I am passionate about helping clients address relational and emotional distress, anxiety, abuse, family of origin issues, marriage and parenting concerns, grief and loss, transitions, identity and spirituality. I use a whole person approach and utilize methods taken from Family systems, Attachment, Gottman, EMDR, EFT, IFS, Brain education, and the Enneagram.
