Tracie received her clinical training at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, California, allowing her to become adept at working with a very diverse and challenging population. Her current clientele is comprised of adults and adolescents, high school and college students, entertainment industry professionals, former executives, professors, athletes, stay at-home moms (and dads) and seniors. She utilizes individual, couples and family therapy, as well as modalities including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.
Tracie specializes in eating disorders, gaining her experience at the Center For Discovery - Beverly Hills and Newport Beach partial hospitalization and outpatient facilities. Her practice also places emphasis on mood disorders and trauma-related issues which often accompany eating disorders and disordered eating.
Tracie’s personal vision of health includes harmony, connectivity and balance. She believes for true healing to take place, the entire self – physical, mental and spiritual must be considered. Each person has a unique path and purpose, and it is Tracie’s goal to accompany her clients on their journey, and to offer her support and encouragement along the way.
