Overall, I work from an integrative approach creating a personalized treatment for your needs. Two specific theories I draw from are cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and eye-movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). We work together to develop a plan so I can customize theories, skills, and tools as needed for your care.
