My passion for helping individuals with OCD is deeply rooted in my compassion for all life, and I am wholeheartedly committed to supporting you every step of the way. I utilize Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy because it empowers individuals to take control of their OCD and regain their lives. I also use CBT, BA and ACT to support the work.
My journey to becoming a therapist has been personal and fulfilling inspired by my desire to support and uplift others. From a young age, I felt a calling to help people navigate their challenges, and this passion only grew stronger as I faced my own life struggles.
