I utilize Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy because it empowers individuals to take control of their OCD and regain their lives. I also use CBT, BA and ACT to support the work.
My journey to becoming a therapist has been personal and fulfilling inspired by my desire to support and uplift others. From a young age, I felt a calling to help people navigate their challenges, and this passion only grew stronger as I faced my own life struggles.
