Accepting new clients! Please email for the fastest response. I am a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in trauma and health psychology, and have extensive post-doctoral trainings in these areas. Typical issues that people come to treatment for are feeling overwhelmed from past or recent trauma, being diagnosed with a serious health condition and not knowing what to do or how to cope, feeling stuck in processing grief and loss, or and struggling with chronic pain or insomnia.
I provide multiple types of evidence-based treatments (e.g., CPT, PE, EMDR) for mental health conditions that can be overwhelming and debilitating. My clients have described me as understanding, caring, easy to talk to, genuine, and have noted that I provide a space where they feel safe to be themselves, and truly be seen, on their own timeline.
I'm glad you're taking this step in prioritizing your mental health and wellbeing. It takes a lot of courage and strength to ask for help. I'm happy to discuss my general approach with you in an initial consultation call, and to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to read more on my website, www.goodnesspsychologicalservices.com
