Hi there, I'm Tracie! I'm glad you are here. Making the decision to enter or return to counseling requires courage: you are already moving in a healthy direction. I look forward to partnering with you for support, growth, and meeting your goals for counseling. You will find me to be kind, compassionate, and supportive while working towards your treatment goals. My lens and approach stem from my Christian values, based on the Bible.
Transparency and care mean that though the content being discussed may be painful or difficult, we will have steps to take, and 'homework' provided to help reinforce growth areas. We will work to build trust and safety in session, so you can engage and see benefits and growth come from the time you are investing in therapy.
I am kind, compassionate, and transparent. I am responsive to your presentation and needs at the time of our session.
