Hello, I am Traci Williams (LPC2105) and I am excited to begin this journey with you. My clients are usually experiencing a life transition and need an unbiased opinion on how to better handle that transition. My therapy approach is helping you understand the impact of how family history and trauma impact life transitions, as well as your reactions. Through building trust and rapport during our sessions, you will have the strategies you need to overcome the barriers you are facing. Typically, my clients state that even after one session, they feel heard, supported and a sense of hopefulness.

It's not easy to reach out for therapy, but periodically, life may become overwhelming and having an unbiased opinion can be helpful. Through a person-centered approach, I empower my clients to determine areas of focus. You are in the driver's seat on this journey, so together we can determine realistic goals to help you navigate.

I look forward to meeting with you and understanding what brings you to therapy so that we can work through the barriers you may be having in your relationships and life transitions.
