Therapy can be a wonderful way of finding meaning in one's life - as it is now - while still striving to make important changes. Using a whole-person approach to treatment, I take into account one's personal goals, culture, spiritual beliefs, and current life context. I believe a thoughtful, individualized, and collaborative approach tends to be the most therapeutic. At this time I am only doing tele therapy and only for those in NY. I also offer coaching for psychology professionals looking to make the switch to online work. My current areas of focus are stress management, habit change, self-compassion and intuition development.
I use tools like talk therapy and hypnosis, guided imagery, and mindfulness to help people achieve a greater sense of peace, focus, and self-compassion. Through this process, people often find that it becomes easier to make healthy lifestyle changes, that they become more effective in daily life, their relationships improve, and they are happier in general.
At this time, I am offering short-term, symptom-focused hypnosis and therapy for stress management, habit change, and self-esteem building. I also help people learn to understand and embrace their intuition. I am not currently seeing clients who have more severe symptoms or need longer term treatment.
