My approach is supportive and collaborative, and we will work at a pace that is comfortable for you.

I have broad experience effectively addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, grief, transition and life changes, past sexual abuse and trauma, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
