I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with a holistic and trauma-informed approach to healing. I support adults navigating the long-term impact of chronic stress (which can lead to anxiety and depression), childhood abuse, neglect, relational wounding, eating disorders and dissociation. I also enjoy working with highly sensitive persons (HSPs). Healing isn’t just about reducing symptoms—it’s about restoration of the heart, mind, body, and spirit. I provide a warm, compassionate space where your faith is welcomed and integrated into therapy at your comfort level.
My work honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, integrating evidence-based techniques with mindfulness-based practices. I am trained in EMDR, a powerful tool used to help clients process trauma, grief, and limiting beliefs—often bringing breakthroughs where talk therapy alone hasn't. I also offer support outside of sessions as needed.
