I'm dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Whether you're working through significant events, difficult emotions or life changes, I believe psychotherapy can serve as a “point in the right direction." towards healing, change and a renewed sense of hope. This is a safe space where all parts of yourself are welcome. I'm known for being a deep and attentive listener, and also interactive with my clients. One of my primary goals is to provide you with a "toolbox" of skills to help manage life outside the therapy office.
I work with adult individuals and couples regarding communication, family systems, sex, intimacy, life transitions, parenting, divorce, anxiety, work issues, trauma and more. My favorite part of being a therapist is seeing people go through complete cycles of something. It builds my faith in how and why processing works, there is another side.
As the Clinical Director of Whole Health Counseling Center, I have the privilege of guiding a diverse team of therapists who bring unique approaches to their work, helping a broad spectrum of individuals and families. I’m deeply passionate about what I do—whether it’s overseeing therapy sessions, leading groups, or facilitating workshops for couples.
