One of my primary goals is to provide you with a "toolbox" of skills to help manage life outside the therapy office. I am licensed in California and Colorado. I provide telehealth for CA residents and in person for clients in the Denver area. I am founder and director of Whole Health Counseling Center in San Francisco.
I am committed to building trust, safety and report with you. I can support you through life transitions, significant changes and reflections of the past. I especially enjoy working with couples to find connection and depth. Specialities include: Trauma, family systems or abuse, anxiety, sex, intimacy, communication, career, parenting, bipolar and ADHD.
I bring a lot of life experience into my work. I am a mother, a co-parent, change of career in my forties, business owner, entrepreneur, Founder, Supervisor and dog owner. There are so many parts to a person and I love exploring them all with you. I want to learn about you so we can reflect and grow together. I love hiking, baseball and music.
