Great to meet you, I’m Traci! I help individuals and couples work through the difficult patterns that show up in their relationships. Many of my clients come to me with dating anxiety, communication struggles, infidelity recovery, grief, or family conflict, and together we work toward clarity, healing, and stronger emotional connection.

My approach is calm, compassionate, and steady. I strive to create a supportive, grounding space where you can reduce anxiety, improve communication, and begin rebuilding trust. I have extensive experience with grief and loss, modern relationship dynamics, and the deeply personal work of healing after betrayal.

From heartbreak to healing.....I know how isolating it can feel when you’re hurting or disconnected from the people you love most. Individuals $150/50min, Couples/Families $175/80min Sliding scale provided. I am under supervision as an LMFT Associate. Superbill's provided but please check with your insurance for eligibility. I am unable to see Medicaide clients and Medicare clients are required to sign private pay consent.
