I have my Brain Health Coaching Certification from the Amen Clinics & use Dr. Amen's approach to a balanced life. I am certified in EMDR, I specialize in Internal Family Systems, neuroscience in relation to therapy, OCD, sexual issues, depression, anxiety, relationships, communication, and more. I am also a neurotherapist offering neurofeedback!
