I have 20 years of experience working with children and adults. I utilize a holistic approach with elements of mindfulness, compassion, and a “whole-body, whole-brain” perspective. I specialize in EMDR therapy to work through traumatic experiences. I have specialized training in treating insomnia using CBT-I. Check out my website for more information.
