I’m glad you are looking for someone to talk to! I have over 15 years experience working with children and adults. I utilize a holistic approach with elements of mindfulness, compassion, and a “whole-body, whole-brain” perspective. I am trained in EMDR with a specific emphasis on its application to trauma, anxiety, and grief. Additionally, I specialize in compassion fatigue and resiliency.
I am described as “down to earth” and “easy to talk to” and I make sure to provide a space free of judgment or bias where we can work through your concerns in a way that is focused on positive change. Expect for therapy sessions to be dynamic and rooted in evidenced-based practices. I currently work with adults and provide services in English and Spanish.
