I help adolescents and adults learn how to love themselves, regularly participate in self-care and learn how to constructively sit with and process the pain. We Will look at evidenced based practices that will help you achieve your highest Emotional Intelligence so you can learn how to enjoy your life to the fullest.
We will discuss and evaluate coping skills you can access to strengthen your love for self. We will explore relationships on your life, especially the one with yourself, as that is the most critical and the one constant variable in all of your experiences. Self-Care is not selfish; it's necessary. I'm here to provide a safe place for you to heal and grow.
