I have been a licensed psychologist for 22 years. I am a psychotherapist, educator, psychedelic integration specialist, coach, and interior design consultant. My areas of expertise include ADHD, depression, trauma/ PTSD, environmental sensitivities, (e.g., TILT, MCS, autoimmune issues), and cultural/racial identity. In conjunction with psychotherapy, I utilize interior design principles to create home/office spaces that support emotional healing, accommodate medical needs, and enhance productivity.
I'm licensed in Texas and New York, and provide most services via telehealth. Design consultations are available on-site or remotely.
My work is informed by Internal Family System, CBT, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and non-Western healing approaches. Also, I have an understanding of the impact of one's surroundings (e.g. disorganization, colors, lighting, air quality, textures) and I often include discussion of the home and work environments as part of my treatment planning.
