Hi there! I'm Tracey Tindall. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), in southwestern, Ohio and serving the whole state via telehealth. When providing therapy, I tend to utilize a holistic approach. Looking at what has happened in your life and what has happened to you, rather than what is "wrong" with you. From there, we will work together on a treatment plan that's right for your therapeutic journey.
I find it is really important to have a great rapport with your therapist. The clients I serve are wonderful people who are having challenging times in life and need help in some kind of way. This has been primarily with clients who have anxiety, depression, and trauma backgrounds.
My communication style is very personable. I am attentive, calm, and welcoming. When I'm working with you, you will feel comfortable to open up and not feel judged. It's ok to use humor to heal, too! If there's something funny, we can definitely laugh together!
