I received my training at NYU's Silver School of Social Work, where I built a strong foundation in psychodynamic theory. Over the last decade I've trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use techniques from all of these modalities in order to meet each client's needs.
