As a therapist with over 15 years experience I know how difficult it can be to go through a normal day struggling with mental health or substance use difficulties. I specialize in PTSD, addiction, depression and anxiety. I begin by teaching coping skills allowing you to manage daily difficulties . I will provide support while you begin to heal from past trauma and difficult life transitions. It is the comfort of knowing you have support today while envisioning a brighter tomorrow.
