My approach is comprehensive, building on your strengths, with an emphasis on health and wellness. Together we will work to create a safe space where you are able to share your concerns, express feelings and thoughts with no judgment. Tools and strategies to manage effectively will be explored, practiced and tailored to your individual needs.
I work with caregivers, frontline providers, those who may be feeling stuck or require discretion due to type of career, I help the helpers.
