As a millennial mom of three, I understand firsthand the complexities of parenting and mental health. In therapy, I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, customizing my methods to fit each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a collaborative and empowering space where clients feel supported in navigating their challenges and tapping into their inner strengths.
