With over 30 years of experience in the field of working with children, couples and families, I offer a broad range of experience and knowledge to walk with you on your journey. It is important to find the right fit in a therapist, so I want to be transparent in who I am and what I do. I am confident in my ability to connect with you and make people feel at ease. I also have a play therapy area where I spend time doing activities to help children and teens explore and express their inner world.
If you have ever experienced a traumatic event and can't move past it or feel stuck, I can give you skills to find relief. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused CBT). Trauma is defined by each person differently, so I start the process from where you are.
If you are tired of dealing with depression or anxiety and would like to better understand ways to manage life, then I am able to help.
