I'm Tracey and I believe in providing a safe space where children, adolescents, and women can process their thoughts and feelings, understand different perspectives, and feel hope to make changes towards the values that are important to them. My goal is for you to move through the therapy process, problem solve and find God in your story in a safe space and without judgement.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and I have spent twenty-eight years in the classroom helping a variety of children to be successful. I have 5 years working as a foster parent and I am married and a mom to four children. I have recently graduated from Liberty University with my Masters in Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness work, though I ultimately want to find the approach that works best for each unique client. I want to acknowledge that it takes courage, and vulnerability to take the first step toward overcoming your challenges. I hope to see you soon!
