My style is collaborative but I will challenge you to look at places you may be avoiding. Working with PTSD and C-PTSD in individuals, couples, and parent/ adult children relationships, is my specialty. Clients often say they appreciate my directness and that I exude compassion for others. Being EMDRIA certified in EMDR and a Certified Trauma Professional, I specialize in working with couples, parent & adult children dynamics, and individuals around trauma and negative core beliefs. I have extensive specialty training in EMDR. I utilize principles from Attachment Theory, Ego States Work, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.

About me: As someone who embraces all things geeky, I welcome your quirks and uniqueness. I'm a nature and animal lover, especially cats. I'm definitely past middle-age but not a boomer. I've been married for 35 years and have 3 adult children. We've encountered and celebrated all that life brings- growth, compassion, and love.
