I believe that is important to understand your life's purpose and enjoy yourself along this journey. There are occasions when we become stuck due to unexpected circumstances and other hindering situations. Stress can present itself in many ways and cause us to feel overwhelmed. No matter what has held you back from experiencing peace in your home, regaining trust, or experiencing emotional stability, I can help. I enjoy working with those going through various transitions in life. These transitions can include a difficult career move or decision, relationship endings/beginnings, divorce, widowhood, empty nest syndrome, women issues, etc.
I have enjoyed this field for over 15 years and have extensive experience helping individuals who have lived through traumatic experiences, parents raising children with special needs, individuals who simply need a change in their lives, yet feel stuck, and adults suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety and mood disorders.
My unique solution focused, client centered approach allows individuals experience positive results and reach desired goals. I believe that the mind, body and spirit are inherently connected.
