I specialize in EMDR Therapy. EMDR is extremely effective in treating adults who have experienced childhood trauma(s). Even though the past can't be erased, EMDR therapy can help you process the traumatic memories so that the past does not affect you as it once did. In addition to a wide range of methods chosen specific to the individual’s presenting need.
In addition to my License, I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with an advanced degree (CAGS). I am certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), CPT (cognitive processing therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and Grief Processing. I have a Certificate in Life Care Planning. I focus on training and skill building regularly.
