I’m dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. I have always enjoyed working with all age ranges- children aged 6 and above, teenagers, and adults.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative with the client to build a therapeutic relationship of trust. I draw on evidence-based methods, tailoring to meet your needs and goals. I've worked in multiple settings since 2014, and am here if you would like to focus, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma work.
