Licensed as a Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I bring over a decade of combined educational and clinical experience to the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and trauma-related concerns.
As a clinician at Prosperity Counseling, LLC in the New Haven area, I use an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and DBT-informed and acceptance-based interventions to address unhelpful patterns of thinking, behavior, and emotional response.
I work collaboratively with clients to clarify values, strengthen motivation for change, and develop practical coping skills. Therapy is provided in a supportive, structured, and nonjudgmental environment focused on building insight, resilience, and skills that support long-term recovery and emotional well-being.
