I specialize in serving West Laramie, rural communities across Albany County, and nearby western slope, where access services is limited. I feel that the distress we are under is a disconnect between our mind, body, and soul. This disconnect, though well intended can detach our thoughts, feelings, and spiritual connections to create safe but disjointed selves. The most common The challenge of trying to “fill the hole” from the loss trauma can bring is where the work through learning to love and trust again, I tend to find comes from someone or something different. I hope and pray to be a part of that discovery with you.
Through my unique experiences I am grateful to be a part of this journey. Before I was a therapist I served in the Air Force for 8 years. After the military, my new mission became being a local therapist for remote rural areas. These opportunities gave me specialties in Animal Assisted Interventions, mind body connection, and spiritual recovery.
I am so hopeful and can appreciate how many emotions are involved with taking this brave step in engaging in therapy. Whether this is your first time or tenth time I see you and know you are doing the best you can with what you’ve got.These techniques are what brought me healing and feel my purpose is to testify to serve others through these spiritual gifts.
