Welcome! I am an LMHC in NY, who has been helping people align with their most authentic selves over the last 13 years. I offer an open, empathetic, and non-judgmental, environment to explore struggles with curiosity. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction, personality disorders, LGBTQ+, family issues and trauma. Always striving to meet you where you are at in your life’s journey, I root my practice to focus on treating the whole self. This can include exploration of spirituality and purpose while also introducing and incorporating holistic approaches to presenting challenges.
Through interactive and engaging sessions, my therapeutic approach is person-centered in conjunction with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing while remaining culturally sensitive and inclusive. I am well versed in harm reduction as well as abstinence-based approaches to addiction and recovery treatment.
I am dedicated to establishing a collaborative working relationship with motivated individuals to help achieve their goals while living a fulfilled and balanced life. Time is spent looking at past patterns, assessing the present challenges, and building towards the best version of your future self. If not now, when? I look forward to connecting with you!
