I treat clients with a "team" approach. Together, we help you to feel happier, reduce your suffering, understand patterns that get you "stuck" in life and help with making life feel more balanced. I believe that with mindfulness, learning how to be more kind to yourself, and being open to new perspectives, you have the power to change anything within you in your present day life, including unwholesome habits and increasing self esteem. I have formal training and personal experience in mindfulness meditation and other grounding tools to help with reducing anxiety and stress and increasing joy and contentment in your life.
I treat Depression, Anxiety, life transition struggles, Eating Disorders, self esteem problems, relationship struggles, grief. I have experience treating family and friends who have an addicted loved one. I provide helpful feedback, guided meditation techniques, relaxation exercises to quiet your mind, breathing techniques.
I'm available to teach meditation within the therapeutic context and also as a consultative approach: individual/group settings. I'll travel to a workplace/home to teach in a more class-like, setting promoting relaxation and skills for a more balanced life. Meditation strategies are a powerful tool to manage anxiety.

Compassion based meditation/support group ~ women
Group meets every Monday morning 8:45am - 10am in my Narberth office and on Zoom and biweekly Wednesday evenings 7:15-8: 30 pm at my office in center city philadelphia and on Zoom. . To learn or support meditation practices and there is a soulful, openhearted sharing that is facilitated making this a warm, connecting safe sacred circle of women.

Grief group for women who have lost their mothers
This supportive bereavement group meets biweekly and is a very open, warm, caring group of women who understand. We have all lost our mothers and need to talk and have a safe space to feel understood and not have to pretend we are ok with our loss.
