Tracey Dineen-Hutchins
Licensed Professional Counselor, MS, LPC, LADC
Much of my work has been with individuals who have experienced extreme stress or trauma in their lives. Today, so many of us have experienced events in our lives which we have not felt comfortable talking about and that pain has continued inside of us. I offer a place for individuals to explore these issues and to discover how these stressors affect and change the way our brains work as well as ways to re-train our brains and work. I provide outpatient, individualized, holistic care and offer a safe and comforting environment. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and help people become aware of their inner strengths.
I work with individuals on a wide variety of issues to include Veteran's issues and First Responder's trauma. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and help people become aware of their inner strengths. My counseling style is CBT based with branches in DBT, Solution-Focused Therapies, and Mindfulness Meditation, and even a little play!
I believe that inside all of us lies an inner wisdom. Sometimes we are deaf to that wisdom due to the overwhelming noises and demands of our everyday lives. It is my goal to join individuals on that journey to centeredness by providing a safe, quiet, and calm environment where you can explore your voice and inner wisdom.
