By holistically addressing and integrating mind, body and spirit, all kinds of challenges -- addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, relationships -- can be better understood and overcome.
I work with diverse disorders and populations. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I understand each person is unique. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a strategy that supports their belief system, personality, culture, values, needs and goals.
