You're not alone. Our conscious minds have the best of intentions, but often get overruled or blocked by an uncooperative unconscious, body or even soul. I help adults who have relationship challenges, eating disorders, obesity, addictions, depression, phobias, stress, anxiety, and trauma. I have a holistic approach that looks to heal at the root cause I combine psychodynamic therapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) attachment theory, EFT, Tapping, EMDR, HBLU & the Enneagram to help you heal.
Thoughts are powerful. Both good and bad ones. The problem is they aren't always true. The unconscious mind speaks in symbols, metaphors and dreams. It is the key to finding the root cause behind damage patterns that cause dis-ease in your life.
