Hi, I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in Pennsylvania, and I'm also license to support clients in New Jersey and Virginia. I received my masters in social work from Temple University and have been doing this work for over 10 years. I specialize in working with him adults who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression especially when life feels overwhelming or disconnected from who they truly are I also support adults who are ready to face past trauma with courage in care, so they can move forward and live more fully, grounded and self trust and clarity.

I have been trained in the modality of cognitive behavioral therapy and more recently I completed an intensive training in dialectical behavior therapy. DBT can help individuals learn how to really navigate tough emotions, gain acceptance for themselves and others, and be mindful of their actions and much more.
