How Is Your Grief Today? February 16th-March 23rd

This online and in person when possible outdoors group is for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. You will learn to recognize how grief is showing up in your life. You will also learn how to honor your process one moment at a time. Grief can be a very lonely and overwhelming experience. This is a challenging time as we are still navigating Covid 19 and the approaching holiday season. Group support offers validation for what you are experiencing. While honoring your process you will learn radical acceptance and how to thrive going forward.
